For Clients Based in Lagos

Payments can be made by cash either paid at our office or picked up by our staff and duly receipted.  Payments can also be paid into our on line account at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Account No. 7318769 –110 and notification made to us by phone or email.

For Clients Outside Lagos But Within Nigeria

Payments can only be made via our Guaranty Trust Bank Plc account No.7318769 –110 and notification sent to us via mail or phone.

For Clients Outside Nigeria

Payments can be made directly via Western Union Money Transfer to the C.E.O of Canaan Nominees Limited.  Security code notification can be made via phone or sent by Email.

As stated earlier, with a minimum deposit of between 30% - 60% of total fees, we will carry out your instructions with our trademark efficiency.  Balance payment will however be made before or at the point of handing over the final documents.

NOTE

• For ease of payment, clients are allowed to make an initial down payment of at least 50% of the prescribed fees and pay the balance on delivery.
• International client remitting fees in dollars can do so based on the prevailing exchange rate of N140 to $1 (subject to change).
