Fees here are charged based on the number of categories that the trademark is to be registered under.  Minimum charge for a single category is N40,000.
NOTE:

• For ease of payment, clients are allowed to make an initial down payment of at least 50% of the prescribed fees and pay the balance on delivery.
• International clients remitting fees in dollars can do so based on the prevailing exchange rate of N140 to $1 (subject to change).
