We charge a standard fee of N8,000 per document except the Certificate of Incorporation (N12,000) and the Memorandum and Articles of Association (N10,000).
NOTE:

• For ease of payment, clients are allowed to make an initial down payment of at least 50% of the prescribed fees and pay the balance on delivery.
• International clients remitting fees in dollars can do so based on the prevailing exchange rate of N140 to $1 (subject to change).
