These are invariably determined by the share capital holding of the proposed company.  Except for capital-intensive ventures like Banking, Oil & Gas, Mining, Shipping and Telecommunication, there is no benchmark to determine the maximum company share holding.  A break down of charges for company registration are stated hereunder:
